CROSSFIT AMMO is unlike any box you have ever walked into. Although our box is the cleanest box in America, full of the best equipment and most experienced coaches, it’s the people that fill this box every day that make this box the best box in the world! Starting in a garage in the middle of 2012, CrossFit AMMO emerged. Once people were flooding out of the garage doors, CrossFit Ammo moved to 1201 E. Main Street in 2013 with a total of 56 members. Today AMMO is made up of over 150 dedicated members… we are moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, real-estate agents, and businessmen with the common goal of staying fit and having fun while doing it!

CrossFit Ammo is a 5,300 sq. ft. building.  When you walk through the doors, you will see unique paintings, quotes, flags, and stickers that represent who we are. We have a pull-up rig located in the center of the box that we use just about every day, two ropes hung from the ceiling, and barbells and plates fill our walls. Manly people ask, “Where are all the machines?” Our response is always the same… “WE ARE THE MACHINES.” CrossFit Ammo has a kids room for kiddos to hang out in while their parents get in a good workout. 

CrossFit Ammo also has a shower for their member’s convenience. You may hear this area called the AMMO Spa! If you have to head to work right after a workout, no worries…you can shower here! COME CHECK OUT THE BEST GYM IN ALLEN, TX….CROSSFIT AMMO!!!
